Help with reading piano chords from sheet music.?

i read basic sheet music fairly well but now would like to add chords into my playing, but i am unsure of how to read them.... i have a chart of basics such as Bm B7 Am etc. but there are chords that are like C11 and Asus7 with little boxes below them on my sheet music, how do i read them, and what do they mean??Help with reading piano chords from sheet music.?
The little boxes underneath are for the guitar. They are not for the piano.

Since you know sheet music I'm sure you know about all the intervals and things. Like the second of B is C#. Or the Major seventh of a is G#. It's almost just like that. You see a C2 you play a C chord with a D in the middle of the chord. C11 means you play the basic C chord which is the 1 3 and 5 but you add a seventh and eleventh. Technically you play the ninth also but you don't have to since you don't have that many fingers to play all the notes. And you can usually drop the fifth of the chord. It doesn't help define a major or minor chord.
