Is there a difference between harp sheet music and piano? If you play piano please take a look!?

I don't play any instruments, please help meh!

I printed out sheet music (harp) for Joanna Newsom's ';The Book Of Right-On';. I was wondering if someone who played piano could read this music, and would it sound the same?

i play piano, and harp sheet music and piano music is written the same way, that sheet music could play it any pianist, sometimes you need to arrange the sheet music when you are playing it on another instrument, but it is usually when you are arranging it for a smaller instrument, like piano to harp, or piano to guitar, piano being the largest, just to the exception when you arrange organ to piano, so when you play harp sheet music on piano it will be ok, so it wont be a problem for a pianist to read this sheet music, have fun
